Proceeding at the Hearing." Sections 145-150

I should recommend the substitution of Sections 183 and 186-198 of the Indian Code.
Sections 149-153.
I think it would be well to adopt the language of Sections 376-378 of the Indian Code as to a Review of Judgment; and also to provide expressly that a new Trial shall not be granted on the Ground of the wrongful admission or rejection of Evidence if such error, in the opinion of the Court, did not affect the Decision of the Case.
There are several recommendations on "Incidental Powers" of the Court at page 15 of the Report of the Judicature Commission which might be adopted with advantage, and I would suggest that a clause be added on the subject.
